"This business is a rip off. They will deny your claims any way they possibly can with little explanation. Don't take a chance with these people. Go somewhere else. I've never been less happy with any insurance carrier. To rub it in, they will constantly annoy you with unnecessary texts, emails and even mail and phone calls. They should put their resources into fulfilling claims instead of inventing reasons to contact everyone about nothing. I think they do it in hopes you won't respond so they have another possible reason to deny claims."
